Knitspot by Anne Hanson, School Sock Pattern
This top-down sock in four sizes features a knit/purl motif which extends down the leg and over the top of the foot, creating a fabric which resembles a "school plaid". Sock is easily convertable to toe-up construction, as the pattern is vertically reversible and may be resized by using different yarn weights or needles.
Finished Size: 6.25 (7.5, 8.75, 10) inches in circumference, to fit feet up to 7.5 (8.5, 10, 11) inches around
Uses 350 (400, 450, 500) yards of fingering weight sock yarn and US 1 (2.25mm) double point needles.
